Help and answers for the Atlas Tradeeu iOS app

About the app

Atlas Tradeeu is an educational stock-trading simulator. You manage €100,000 of virtual cash in a fictional European market — 18 invented companies, 4 indices, a real trading calendar — with charts, market and limit orders, portfolio analytics, a trade journal and 36 built-in learning articles.

Nothing in the app is real: no real money, no real securities, no real market data, and no connection to any brokerage. It is a place to make the cheap version of every expensive mistake.

Getting started

  1. Open the Markets tab and tap any instrument to see its chart and profile.
  2. Tap Buy, enter a quantity, and confirm your first practice order.
  3. Follow your positions, resting orders and equity curve on the Portfolio tab.
  4. After you sell, write a short review note in the Journal — that habit is where the learning compounds.

Frequently asked questions

Is any real money involved?
No. The starting balance of €100,000 is virtual, cannot be topped up with real money, and cannot be withdrawn. No order placed in the app reaches any real market.
Why are prices frozen right now?
The practice market follows European trading hours: 09:00–17:30 Central European Time, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours every quote freezes at its closing price and resumes — usually with a small overnight gap — at the next open. The badge at the top of the Markets tab always shows the current state.
Can I still trade while the market is closed?
Yes. Market orders fill at the last closing price (the order sheet says so before you confirm), and limit orders rest until the price crosses your level after the next open.
What is the €2.50 fee on every trade?
A simulated flat commission. Real trading has costs, so the practice environment keeps them — your Journal tracks the total so you can see how activity adds up.
How do I back up or move my account?
Account → Data management → Export a backup saves everything as a single file. On another device (or after reinstalling), use Import a backup to restore it. Your data stays on your devices; the app has no servers.
How do I start over?
Account → Data management → Reset practice account restores the €100,000 starting balance and clears all activity. This cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you want to keep the record.
Why don't the companies match real stocks?
By design. Every instrument is fictional and prices are computed on your device, which keeps the app fully self-contained and makes it a safe place to practice — the mechanics are faithful even though the market is invented.
